Tim Prater, P.E., LEED AP
President, Mechanical Engineer
As President of the firm, Mr. Prater is an active participant on all major mechanical engineering projects. He serves as Senior Mechanical Engineer and Principal in Charge. His experience includes health care facilities, institutional facilities, manufacturing facilities, corporate office buildings ,and data centers. Mr. Prater founded the firm in 1996.
Greg A. Riley, P.E.
Electrical Engineer
Mr. Riley serves as Vice President, Principal, Project Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer. He has extensive experience in the design of power distribution, technology, lighting, sound, standby generator installations, uninterruptible power systems, lightning protection, and other building related electrical systems.
Kevin J. O'Mara
Vice President, Mechanical Department Manager
Mr. O’Mara serves as Senior Mechanical Designer and Project Manager on projects needing heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing and fire protection design. He is also the Mechanical Department Manager for the office. Mr. O’Mara has extensive experience designing and managing projects for parking structures, data center, corporate, health care, commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. Mr. O’Mara is one of the firm’s founding principals.
Doug L. Powell, P.E.
Electrical Department Manager, Electrical Engineer
Mr. Powell serves as Project Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer. He has extensive experience in the design of power distribution, security, fire alarm, technology, lighting and generator systems for educational facilities. Mr. Powell joined the firm in 2008 and became a principal in 2011.
Corey M. Anderson, ASSE 6005, ASSE 6020, CFPS, CPD
Fire Protection & Plumbing Department Manager, Fire Protection/Plumbing Designer
Mr. Anderson serves as Project Manager and Plumbing and Fire Protection Designer for the firm. He has extensive experience designing plumbing and fire protection systems for educational, health care, athletic, institutional, industrial, corporate office and data center facilities. Mr. Anderson joined the firm in 2000 and became a principal in 2017.
Greg S. Owens, P.E.
Electrical Engineer
Mr. Owens is a principal in the firm and serves as Project Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer. He has extensive experience in the design of power distribution, security, fire alarm, energy management, data and telephone, lighting, sound and standby generator systems for Corporate Office facilities. Mr. Owens became a principal in 2009.
Mike J. Evans, P.E., LEED AP BD+C
Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Evans serves as Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager with a variety of customers, primarily those needing heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing and fire protection design for higher education facilities, R&D laboratory facilities and healthcare facilities. He has extensive roof replacement experience. Mr. Evans joined the firm in 2001 and became a Principal in 2017.
Eric M. Booher, P.E., LEED AP
Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Booher serves as Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer for the firm. He has extensive experience designing and managing projects for educational, athletic, healthcare, laboratory and institutional facilities. Mr. Booher joined the firm in 1999 and became a Principal in 2002.
Jack E. Evans, P.E., LEED AP
Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Evans serves as Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager with a variety of customers, primarily those needing heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing and fire protection design for mixed use facilities, multi-family residential facilities, parking structures, corporate office buildings, university facilities, manufacturing facilities, retail centers and data centers. Mr. Evans joined the firm in 1997 and became principal in 2017.
Mark E. Bernard, P.E.
Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Bernard serves as Project Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer. He has extensive experience designing residential/mixed use, public, corporate, commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. Mr. Bernard joined the firm in 1996 and became a principal in 1999.
John G. Ahmann, P.E.
Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Ahmann serves as Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer with a variety of customers, primarily those needing heating, ventilating, air conditioning design for corporate offices, aircraft hangars, educational facilities, health care facilities, and data centers. Mr. Ahmann joined the firm in 2008 and became a principal in 2017.
Matthew S. Evans
Accounting/Information Technology/Marketing
Mr. Evans joined the firm in 1999 and is Head of Accounting and IT.
